Barn Bash - "Under the Tuscan Moon"

Annual Fall Barn Bash

A record-breaking crowd of over 150 people gathered at Stonehaven Barn complex on Saturday, October 1st for the foundation's 14th annual Barn Bash.
Guests mingled to live accordion music by Jim Wangemann, enjoyed an oil/balsamic tasting on the "promenade" by AllSpice, and feasted on Italian cuisine catered by Judge's Signature Catering.

Over 20 live and fixed bid auction items, all donated by local businesses and friends of the foundation, were offered to guests.  This year's live auction helped to make the event our most profitable to date.

The winner of this year's $500 raffle was Lou Ratsakanh, a parent with two children at Holy Family School.  Lou will be able to apply the $500 to her 2011-2112 tuition bill.  The teachers of Holy Family will be able to purchase some much-needed supplies for their classrooms with the remaining proceeeds from the raffle, which totaled over $2,000.

 More Ways You Can Participate
There are several ways to participate: donate auction items, be a sponsor of the event, volunteer to help the committee, and attend the event.  It's great fun and a worthy effort - all proceeds benefit the students of Holy Family School.

For more information on how you can help, call the Foundation Office at 262-7466, or drop us an email at hfsfoundation@qwest.net. We would love to hear from you!
