Technology Assistance

This year, we were able to provide each teacher with a new computer; 50  laptop computers on two mobile carts for our students; and wireless internet service throughout the building.  A big thank you goes to The United Way, The Greater Des Moines Community Foundation, the CBC Foundation  and many individuals for making this possible for our students.

We are not finished in our efforts to provide our community of learners with the same tools that are provided to other teachers and students throughout the state.  After much research, including visiting other schools in the Des Moines area, we are now working to provide each classroom with a document camera, projector and sound system.  We believe that with these tools our teachers will be able to meet the multiple learning styles of our students.  Because our students come to us with so many needs, it is imperative we have the tools to best educate them so they can grow into Christ-centered citizens.
